More Than A Changemaker Summer 2026: Inner Leadership for High School Students

As a high school student, you feel the pressure to know exactly who you are and what you want for your future. The world expects you to become the next generation of leaders – to have a clear path and a confident plan. But what does that really mean?

Our More Than a Changemaker four-day program is about more than having all the answers to life’s biggest questions. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with peers in a safe, supportive space. Together, you’ll uncover your unique gifts, clarify your dreams, and embrace every part of what makes you human.

Life isn’t just about external performance and accomplishments. It’s about leading from the inside out: developing self-awareness, building deep and authentic relationships, and discovering purpose as you plan for your future.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR? The rising 11th–12th grader who sees themselves as a changemaker (someone who already leads, achieves, and shows up for others) and is ready to go deeper than their accomplishments to discover the inner leader behind it all.
